| • | Fast return – equipment will be returned within 5 working days for in house calibration. | |
| • | Competence Calibration – our service & calibration laboratory is accredited by Department of Standard Malaysia according to MS ISO/IEC 17025 standard (SAMM 051-KL) & (SAMM 192 – Penang). | |
| • | Traceability – traceable to the International System of Units (SI) maintained at the National Metrology Center or other International Standard Laboratory. | |
| • | Time saving – with the elimination of quotation and PO, our recall notification system will assure customers on the lowest down time on their equipments. | |
| • | Fast collection – equipments can be collected within the same day (should the arrangement for pick-up is made before 10.00 am). | |
| • | Assurance - we will recalibrate at no extra cost if equipment is damaged during the delivery to customers' premise. | |
